Resolution: Get Moving


What a meanie! I turned on my Wii Fit to be gently reminded that I hadn’t logged on in 35 days. And, I gained 5.5 pounds. And, it made me answer WHY I think I gained the weight I answered lack of exercise). Well, I didn’t let that discourage me. So I logged 30 (Wii) minutes. I did some yoga poses, some strength training and some cardio. My trainer was pretty impressed with my posture and balance (years of dance and vocal training, thankyouverymuch).

I hate the “I don’t want to work out… now that I have I feel great” feeling. I need to get past the first part. What motivates you to get going, other than feeling/looking good?

I am not paid by Nintendo nor did I receive the Wii/Wii Fit for promotion. I just like it.
