When it rains it pours

for some folks, it seems. My aunt is an amazing woman. 5 children, all quite beautiful. Lovely house, very active in her kids lives. Always willing to help anyone in the family. Hell, she even runs marathons. Her oldest son fought and beat a huge brain tumor when he was younger. And now, her 2nd son is in the hospital. Hes been confused, cant remember things. They are looking at meningitis. How very scary for a teenager! And sadly, coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the death of our grandpa. On a happier note, my friend Ann has come to visit for the weekend. We have had a blast. Saturday we loafed around and watched movies. I have successfully gotten her hooked on Twilight and Glee :) Sunday we hit the local outlet mall and did some shopping! Yesterday we checked out the zoo! Ethan had a blast and we had a nice time in perfect weather! She leaves later today. She and Chad seem to get along well, which thrills me beyond belief.
